Housing Program
Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. The NEPA Youth Shelter Housing Program is here to help young adults build a future filled with stability, support, and hope.
Who the Program Serves
This program is designed for young adults who are:
Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Needing immediate, safe, secure living arrangements
Working toward long-term independence
Ages 18–21
Residents pay no cost for housing in their first month although there is an expected contribution beyond that.
Mental Health services are 100% free while in the Housing Program
This program is ideal for those seeking temporary support during a transitional period.

The housing program is designed to offer a stable and supportive environment while individuals prepare for the next steps in their journey.
This program provides housing, case management, and mental health support services at no cost to participants.
There is an application process, interview and committee evaluation.
Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Application Steps
Our Housing Program provides safe, stable, and supportive housing for young adults ages 18–21 who are experiencing homelessness or an unsafe living situation.
